Lion R&D team consists of designing center, electronic engineering, process controlling, tools development and a testing center, in which there are more than 10 members who have rich experience in automotive parts. The design software is CAD. Most molds of new products are designed and tooled by ourselves. So we can control this process and shorten the development period.

　　In our testing lab, we can perform all relevant tests for ignition system parts, including dimensional measurement, electric performance test, environmental test(simulate in engine envirnments), endurance test, thermal shock test, material performance test, etc. Each new developed part number will be released for mass production after it passes all these strict tests. The average period to develop a new part is 4 months. Some new part numbers will be constantly added to our current products range eacn month.
